Hadeel joined ATÖLYE in 2021 as an Events Intern and later became the Events and Programming Associate. She works with the ATÖLYE Dubai team to design community experiences and curate custom-tailored programs, events and workshops. 

Her work encompasses the planning, coordination and execution of public and community events, with roles varying from content, communication, and operations. She is focused on creating meaningful experiences that convey ATÖLYE’s story and offer the community opportunities to connect, learn, and build together. 

Hadeel graduated from the German-Jordanian University with a BSc in Renewable Energy Engineering. She worked in her field for a year before she made the career shift to events. She gained experience in both physical and virtual event companies in Abu Dhabi, before moving to Dubai to join ATÖLYE, where she continues to learn and grow everyday. 

Hadeel is passionate about exploring the psychology of space. You can often find her enjoying the simple things in life, like socializing and laughing with friends, sharing a meal with family, and dancing like nobody’s watching.
