Gülin is the Head of Sustainability Portfolio at ATÖLYE where she focuses on helping organizations and leaders solve systems challenges through the lenses of systems thinking and multi-stakeholder engagement. At ATÖLYE she has led multi-stakeholder projects ranging from designing the business model and go-to-market strategy of a new subscription platform to setting the strategic foundations of a nation’s government services platform. Before she joined ATÖLYE, she founded ZERO, the first circular design studio in Turkey, where she worked collaboratively with designers, engineers and business professionals to accelerate the adoption of circular design practices and design out waste in certain sectors. As part of ATÖLYE Sustainability Portfolio, Gülin has been working with a multi-disciplinary team of strategists and subject matter experts, as well as kyu collective partnerships on public and private sector sustainability challenges. She has been a speaker about accelerating systemic change and emerging solutions for climate action on multiple global platforms such as Harvard Business Review Sustainability Summit, Business of Purpose and Dubai Design Week. Gülin holds a degree in Psychology from Koç University and an entrepreneurship degree in Innovation Management from Tufts University.
