Max MSP Workshop

In this fun 101 workshops, we will learn how to make our next house party amazing with computer-generated visuals! For those who are wondering how did Lal create those audio reactive visuals at Ayça’s house party, this workshop is for you! Plus, you don’t need to know how to code(an interest is all you need)! Max 8 is used worldwide by composers, researchers and multi-media artists for various projects. In this workshop, all will show us what kind of projects can be done with this program. In the second half, we will dive into coding and learn two ways of doing audio reactive visuals, plus how to control these visuals with our keyboard. At the end of the day, everybody will have their own audio-reactive visual program. We will edit videos for some examples. If you wish you can bring 1-2 videos or images with you to use in visualization. Workshop language is Turkish but the program we will learn is in English.
