Being a self-defined engineering company, Google vigorously looks at data for any decisions made. Following the success of Google’s Project Oxygen research where the People Analytics team studied what makes a great manager, Google researchers applied a similar method to discover the secrets of effective teams at Google. Abdullah who is a new community member had worked as an internal consultant within Google’s TeamDev org. In this training, he will help us discover what effectiveness means in Google and how Google built a framework to help teams assess their effectiveness and come up with action plans to improve it even further in this 101 class.
