Clinical psychologist and expressive art therapist Suzi Amado will give an Emotional First Aid Workshop on 29 July between 11:00-18:00. Participants will learn basic emotional hygiene and emotional first aid principles they can use to help themselves and others. Participants will be guided through the creation of their first aid kit with artistic materials, which will include lectures, experience-based exercises and art activities. The event will be held in Turkish.
