The theme of the month is Sanctuary, and who better to lead this exploration than the founder of SEVA Experience, a safe space and community created to provide sanctuary in the region.
About the Speaker:
Eda is the co-founder of SEVA Experience, a multifaceted, holistic wellness space offering yoga and meditation classes, workshops, and group circles, as well as private treatments and sessions, conducted by world-class facilitators from the East and the West in a trusted and safe environment. Under SEVA Experience are two other verticals that Eda leads: SEVA Table, which is Middle East’s first 100% plant-based and globally recognized and award-winning café since 2014, and SEVA Stories, the ethically sourced, conscious shopping destination retail store.
Eda is certified in various modalities such as Kundalini Yoga, Reiki, Theta Healing, Chinese Energy Medicine, Pilates & Barre, Nir Levi Method Bodywork & Therapy Method and has been practicing Sound Healing, Sufi Meditations, energy healing, and systemic constellations for several years – something that paved her venture as a living layer on top of her Political Studies education followed by classical French cuisine training at Paul Bocuse Institute, and continues as her expression and passion respond to the new frequencies she tunes into as her quest continues.
Eda recognized long ago that we are boundless beyond the physical form, and that what we traditionally consume as food and drink are energy containers that can be infused by light codes, sound currents, and sacred crystal vibrations. And that plants being the elderly beings on our plants carry within themselves ancient wisdom that can support humanity in sustaining the natural movement of our existence to vibrate with the cosmos in harmony.
Eda is committed to honing her expression out of the creative chaos field by recognizing patterns and playing seriously her part while honoring the ancestors and invisible players in her journey on planet Earth.
