About the job - Business Development Coordinator
The Business Development Coordinator is expected to position as the key support of the orchestration of engagement activities internally and externally. The role has been crafted and came to identification after a year of ongoing engagement efforts under the new organizational structure of ATÖLYE. As part of this role, keeping track, logging and distribution of all updates, meetings, calendar changes in the engagement stream is the main responsibility.
Leading the crafting of all weekly engagement meeting decks and presentations for internal use.
Managing the calendar of all engagement related activities both internally and externally.
Coordinating the requirements, urgencies and to do checklists of all new vetted RFPs that have been received.
Attending most client meetings to have a clear understanding of client expectations and dynamics of the relationship to ensure accurate delivery of tasks and agenda items.
Ensuring the engagement dashboard is up-to-date with relevant notifications, reminders and task creations on a daily basis.
3+ years of relevant experiences in professional services or consulting with a proven track record of new business development and client relationship management,
Project Management experience in consulting /or studio set-up is a must
Strong capability of coordination of multiple networks and people, structured working habits and awareness of the updates both internally and externally.
Great communication skills and enthusiasm to have strong bonds with key team members as well as client counterparts.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
