Itır joined ATÖLYE in 2021 as Talent Curator where her work focuses on co-leading processes related with talent acquisition, onboarding, and talent journeys within ATÖLYE. She manages the talent pipeline, prepares talent profiles, and conducts interviews in order to acquire new talent. Her role is crucial in terms of maintaining and nurturing the team’s culture & well-being.

Itır holds a BA in Economics from Bilgi University where she took courses related to psychology and business management. In her senior year she started working as a Payroll Intern at Inditex where she supported the Payroll Team in all legal & administrative processes.
 
Upon graduation, she joined the Inditex Talent and Training Team where she had the chance to work as a business partner to different brands. She was responsible for holding interviews with both internal and external talent, organizing training, creating content for programs, designing data structure, and creating reports concerning people analytics.

Itır is also a food & wine enthusiast, she recently earned her WSET Level 2 Award in Wines. Preparing tasteful dinners for her loved ones is her greatest passion.
