Our community member Ayça Moseley is giving a Shibari 101 Class!

Shibari, Japanese style rope tying, has its roots in middle ages when it was used to restrain prisoners. Over the centuries, its usage expanded from sensual bedroom connection, meditation, interpersonal communication, and fine art.

Come and explore Shibari at an introductory hands-on workshop at Atolye, presented by @ProjectRope.

What to expect?: We aim to explore sensuality, trust, vulnerability, connection, aesthetics, and a feeling of “letting go” through rope.
What to Wear: Comfortable
What to Bring: We will use 6 mm jute rope. Since this is the first get-together, communal rope will be provided.
Partner: If you have someone to explore ropes with, great. If not, we will partner up during the session.
