Facilitation Meetup #2

In order to come up with creative and practical solutions to the complex problems of the world that we live in, we must learn to collaborate effectively and gain strength from our differences.

As ATÖLYE Academy, we believe that the capabilities to design processes of collaboration and facilitation will have a huge impact on individuals and organizations in the upcoming ten years.

For this reason, we invite everyone who believes in the power of collaboration and facilitation to be part of a learning community by participating in the “Facilitation Meetup” series that will take place every two weeks.

During these meetups, which will bring together experienced facilitators, new practitioners and anyone else interested in these fields,  all participants will be able to learn new approaches by working together. Through using different tools within a safe environment, everyone will gain the opportunity to deepen their practices.

We hope to see everyone interested in the field of facilitation to attend our second event which will be designed and delivered by Cihan Koral.

Cihan Koral works as an independent facilitator, using her expertise and skills to affect change in our society and give voice to the unheard; hence the name of her company “Por Muta” which means “for the mute.”

Currently, she is engaged in programs that focus on facilitation, civil sector capacity building, implementation of human rights at textile factories, women and LGBTIQ+ rights, designing participatory high social impact events, creating sustainability management systems, conflict prevention mechanisms, and decision-making processes as a governance practice.
