“Evdeki Yaratıcılar” – Creators at Home, brings together new discoveries with former guests, focusing on the creative processes, inspiration and personal stories of artists and designers in the period of pandemic and social isolation.

The 10th guest of the series is artist Sayna Soleimanpour. Born in 1996, Sayna Soleimanpour started taking photos at the age of 10 with the camera that her father gave to her. Sayna started her Bachelors at Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University, Department of Textile and Fashion Design in 2014, then transferred to Photography at the same faculty and she still continues her education there. Since her early works, she produced figure-based photographs that she created in her own utopian world by blending light, color and forms in fiction. Working mostly on self-portraits, the artist watches the characters in which the figures settled in the space, in ordinary or unusual situations, are embodied in striking lights and compositions. The artist’s works have been exhibited in different places, like Istanbul Children and Youth Art Biennale and The Exposure Photography Award photo exhibition at the Louvre Museum.
